  • Returning the product: After receiving the instructions, please carefully package the product and send it to the address we provide. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and complete with accessories.
  • Checking and confirming: We will check the product within 3-5 working days after receiving it. If the product is eligible, we will notify you and proceed with the refund or exchange.
  • Refund: The refund process may take 30 working days for the money to be credited to your account, depending on your bank. If you choose to exchange the product, we will send a new product as soon as possible.

3. Late or missing refund

If you have not received your refund after the expected time, please check your bank account first. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the credit to be credited.

4. Cancellation of Order

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours or after the order has been shipped. If you just want to change the color or size of the product, there is no need to cancel the order.
